Hi and welcome to Bearville Guide Forum. I am BasketballLuver and it is a pleasure welcoming you to the boards. Although I am pretty new myself, I did learn a great deal already and thought I would share it with you. I hope you make new friends and enjoy it here at the forums!

Bearville Guide Forum is a perfect place to look for cool new information on Buildabearville, a guide to all the items sold in Build-a-Bearville, how to makes poles, and even how to create one of the best signatures and avatars. I wish you have loads of fun by helping others and making yourself comfortable here.

It is best that you start out by checking out the Forum Rules. It will be labeled as Rules and Regulation. Your safety is of the utmost concern to the Bearville Guide Staff Members so they highly suggest you take the time to look at the rules. It is important to have fun and be safe at the same time. Some quick things to be aware of:

1. Do not give out any personal information at any circumstances. Your personal life and private information should be kept a secret. Your name, age, school, address, phone number, e-mail address, and other private information that can be violated should be kept to yourself and given to no one on this forum
2. Respect all ages. You have to understand that on this site you have kids younger and older then you therefore you must be appropriate of what you say and do on this forum.
3. Check out the FAQ for unanswered questions. There is a special section for that labeled as Admin Notes and Forum FAQ’s
4. Paw Prints are determined from how well you give an answer to a member, how many times you post or create topics, on your registration date, and on the number of VMs. Your Paw Prints will increase by one point for each post you make one the forum. When someone ‘thanks’ your post, the post will turn green and you will earn more Paw Prints.
5. PM which stands for Private Messages and VM that are known as Visitor Messages are a privilege that allow you to speak with other members. It is your source of communication with other members of this forum. In order to reach you Visitor Messages, you can click your Avatar or other member’s avatar and select the “Visitor Messages” tab. By clicking “New Post” you can type a message you want to give this person. You can reach your Private Messages by clicking the title next to “Log Out.”
6. You can add an Avatar, Signature, and Profile Picture by going to “Profile” at the top. Remember to save the file as a JPG, PNG, or GIF. PNG for clear pictures and GIF for animated pictures. You can also upload your Avatar or Signature at any reliable Photoshop such as Photobucket, Blingee, TinyPic, or ImageShack and use the Image Code.

The Announcement Section is specifically made for notifications on Job Posts, Featured Members of the Month, and Birthday Greetings. The Bearville Guide Forum Staff Members are constantly posting special messages in this section regarding Build-a-Bearville and the forum. In order to be a Featured Member, you must show positive attitude and good discipline throughout the forum. Everyone likes to be wished Happy Birthday, which is why Bearville Guide Forum was so kind enough to post a thread for even that.

The Your Bright Idea division is for you to express any of your creative plans and thoughts about what you might want to add to Bearville Guide Forum. The staff is always accepting any additions or improvements you have to make to this forum created for your own benefit.

The New Member Intro category is for new members to post a little something about them just as you did here. It is a perfect way to have others give you advice or simply comfort you with a warm welcome. Remember, to keep your personal information to yourself and don’t say anything in another language besides English.

What’s New on Build-a-Bearville is a place where you can the latest news and scoop on Build-a-Bearville. This is the perfect place to look for informative conversations about upcoming events and new updates regarding Build-a-Bearville.

They are very helpful with their answers and appreciative of the questions you ask. If you want an elaborated answer then they are the ones to go to. Build-a-Bearville is always thankful for any suggestions or ideas you have for them therefore The CyBearGuide Den is a great place to post. Thanks to all the Cybearguides who are so nice to take their time to help us out on the forums.

This is the section to post any possible things that might be going on in Build-a-Bearville, but aren’t verified through certain proofs. There are major rules to be followed in this section regarding how to post a thread the correct way so I suggest you look at the rules before posting anything.

Bearville Guide Forum members always are asking question and we have wonderful friends who love to give them an answer so check out the New to Build-a-Bearville? START HERE! Section. You are given an answer for Build-a-Bearville related questions you may have. With all the new updates Build-a-Bearville keeps making, it is impossible to not be confused sometimes therefore asking someone else who has a better understanding on this topic is your ultimate solution. Do not hesitate in asking because we certainly would like to give you a helping paw. Hopefully after you have your questions answered you are satisfied with the information the members were so kind to provide.

You can find a section where there are threads posted on the different PSI that belongs to each Furry Friend’s in the List of Furry Friends and Rewards section. It is a great place to go when you are in need of deciding which Furry Friend you want to get based on its PSI.

Build-a-Bearville is constantly updating with giveaways and unique web codes which you can redeem at the Workshop in the Town Square. You can also see what Maxine, ChloeRock, or Miguel have been giving out for the following months.

There are even tips about how to finish quests and challenges on Build-a-Bearville by going to the BABV Games and Quests subtitle. Sometimes you just can’t find the last hidden item and you need a little cheat so this is the place to go to when you are in need of a quick helping paw.

Amazing Screenshots. With all the fun you have in Build-a-Bearville it is just impossible to not take pictures and keep it as a memory so therefore we have this section so you can share the pictures you have taken in Build-a-Bearville.

Bear Talk is the place where you can find the general discussion on Build-a-Bearville. Little questions and tiny news are the perfect thing to post here. Open Chat is the place to talk about anything not related to Build-a-Bearville. Don’t get these two sections mixed up even with them being right next to each other. Chill back and relax at the daily chat threads. You can talk about just about anything, but remember that safety is first so do not post any personal information.

The Poll Section is the place to put up polls and check out other people’s opinions. You can put up a poll on just about anything that is related or not related to Build-a-Bearville.

The Auction House is a special section where you must be a qualified member to enter. You do not bid real money, bearbills, or credits here, but rather you use your Paw Prints which, as said before are a point system based on certain things. I suggest you read the rules before anything else.

Shopping Galore! is where a list of all the things being sold in the shops in Build-a-Bearville are kept. Any time you are in need to know where a certain item was purchased or obtained from, this is the perfect place to go to.

Let’s Make a Difference is the section where you organize walks and hold awareness events that will benefit people and the world at large.

Pawsome Parties & Games is a place to host parties. Don’t you just admire board games? Well, come on and stop by this section for nothing but fun! This part of the Forum is stuffed with fun and challenging games. You can participate in activities that other members have posted or make up your own and have other’s join it.

Club House is the place to find a club that you fit well in and go join it or make your own club and have people join that. It is always inspiring and fun to make new friends who share the same opinions as you.

Graphics Guru is the section to ask for a Avatar or a Signature by making a thread and having someone else make you a picture. Remember, it takes great time and effort for these wonderful members to devote their time in making you a graphic so be patient.

The Classified AD section is where you post a thread that you need someone to help you. For example, screenshots. You would post a thread asking someone who would be so kind enough to take pictures at your party. There are some real important rules for this section so it is best you look at the rules the Admin has posted.

The Furbulous Creation is the section in which to post your outfits and designs that you have made at the BearyWood Mall. You can also post on other people’s dazzling outfits and give them advice. The Writers Corner is the place to put your skills to the test. You can write a short story or even simply post a poem that you have written and have others tell you what improvements you need to make. The Graffiti Wall is where members post there stunning graphics and artworks. You can share the creative things you have made as well as reply to some that you fellow members have. My Blog is to not be confused with the writing section. This is where you can post your daily diary while other members sit back and read what you have to say. Admin MamaNoodles has her very own blog. You just can’t stop reading her’s sometimes with the very interesting things she has in store for the members here. Be creative just like her and start your own bloggie.

Readers Avenue is the place for any book work out there. It is your street way to discussions on your favorite book or the latest book out by your favorite author.

Bearville Guide Forum isn’t just all about Build-a-Bearville, it also accepts other virtual games like Webkinz and Club Penguin, so check out the section just for that labeled as Gamers Unit. I know you people out there just love pressing buttons on a PSP or Nintendo DS so why don’t you share your game tips with other members.

Last but not least the Weblinkers section where you can encourage other members to join your forum or blog. You better check out the rules for this section as well!
