Q. My animal ID code isnt working what do i do?
A. In some cases, it takes about 24 hours for new codes to work. You should try again. If your code does not work after 24 hours, send an email to vwhelp with the following information:
- Your username:
- Your furry friend name:
- Your furry friend type:
- Your animal ID:
- Your animal Keycode:
- Your receipt code:
- Your SFS number:
- Purchase date:
- Store location:
