To my knowlegde Build a Bear is no more giving out welcome passes.

Proberly in the US only...when i went to my store they told me that they dont give it out no more.

You can email BABV I Think, I heard people say you can email somebody and recieve one.

My mom calls in and gets them for my little sister, try calling you loacl babw.

They have discontinued welcome passes for a few reasons. You used to be able to get them by going to BABW or, by calling. Now the only way to get a bear is to buy one at BABW.
