Yes it is a psi. It's a psi for the High School Musical bear.

yeah i got one from trade.....but then i didnt know it was a psi so i traded it off. and the trade was unfair but tht was cuz i didnt know it was a psi...oh well nothing can be done now

Yes, but when I think of it, I don't see a rare PSI. It seems very common to me.That's just me.
