I really need help with avtarsis there any site to make them?
I have been using binglee but is there any other site like that??

umm u can try photoBucket Thats Wat I Use .

I usually use Lunapic or Photobucket.

photobucket is more of u next level step up
lunapic is extremly complicated for begginer i know it was for me:p

D: lunapic is pretty good... downloaded programs are better but (if you have strict parents like meh T^T) u shuld ask yur mum or dad before you actually install.
