Open Chat might not come back

i guess in ways it is not safe and it also teaches little kids bad things but if u dont give out any personal info and dont do anything bad in front of each other or other people on the site, its not really wrong

Also most of the kids were older than 10 years old.

Awww, I like open chat but I have to agree with Kelsey, some people say bad stuff by improvising words to say some other stuff.
So it's probably for the best.

Open chat was good but the innapropriate stuff...wasn't so good.
Since they changed the chat, there wouldn't be anymore dating or cursing. The stuff babv wasn't meant for. I still want to chat with my friends on babv, but it was changed for a good reason.

I only add friends that will be good friends. I have or better yet, HAD about 60 good friends on buildabearville that I will never be able to talk to again because even if open chat Does come back, all of those friends might not ever log on again. So this has probably ruined thousands of friendships all across the world

On another my site, My friend finally logged in( she wasn't on for a long time). She asked me why it wouldn't let her chat normally. She said that she didn't like it and that she heops Maxine decides to make open chat available.

yeah i did it once, i got in a fight with someone because someone wanted to trade with me, and i kept saying no, and she started a fight with me and she used some of the bad words, and so did I so she would stop, but it never gets you anywere. I feel really really bad about it. I am asamed of myself I was amazed i wasn't in trouble from babv but i should have

I am locking this now. We do not need to be talking about how anyone was being inappropriate in BABV.

I for one hope Open Chat does not come back since it is clear that people can't seem to help themselves and say inappropriate things
