New Chief Officer

I am very happy to announce the promotion of mandymagnificent4!

Mandy was one of the first junior officers and has always been friendly, helpful and very loyal to our community. She remains very consistent and is a great asset to Bearville Guide. I am very pleased to finally have her in the admin group!

Congratulations, mandy! Very well deserved!
