I lost my certificate!

I recently Bought the test alien :lol: But I lost my certificate! I can't find it anywhere! I never used the Buildabearville code yet. I can't find it at all. What do I do?

You can go back to your nearest Build-A-Bear Workshop Store and ask for the reprint of your Birth Certificate.

Each store handles the reprinting of birth certificates differently. It's best to call your local BABW and explain what happened. They will know how to fix the situation.
