Suggestion for beachfront home

Some people may have NEVER use their beachfront home. Such as me. I was thinking that if we don't use it much, like at least for a month, we can have this button that says return, and we get our 10 credits back. This is just an idea for people who don't use their beachfront home, and don't want it.
