i need help making a new avatar!

hey guys i wanted to make i new avatar but i dont know how. can you please help me.

Well, first, find a website or program to start off with. 1.) Create a image that is 200 x 300 or less.
2.) Then add any images you would like.
3.) add any text, if you would like.
4.)Add any frames or effects, if avalible.
As you make more, you learn secrets and improve!
