250 posts and up is friendlybear

650 posts and up is helpfulbear

1500 posts and up is guide bear

4000 posts and up is assciate bear

6000 posts and up is manager bear

15000 posts and up is dierector bear

30000 posts and up is senior vp bear

50000 posts and up is Chief Executive bear
