Graphic Glitch: Black Dots Around Build-A-Bearville

We have noticed that a lot of you has seen these strange Black Dots at some locations in Build-A-Bearville. It appears that clearing cache makes it go away for a short period of time - however, it does come back for those people who are bugged. No need to worry though, because we are now working on getting this fixed.

yeah That has happened to me. Like to days ago, I got three black dots on my screen and i didn't know what to do..

I hope this is fixed soon! I keep forgetting about it, then before I know it, I have twenty or thirty of then. After I collect too many, I log out and back in to clear them.

At least I can have a little fun making smilie faces on chairs.

Yeah I noticed those too. I clicked on a chair to sit down and then I saw a dot. I thought it was my computer at first. But then I noticed it only happened on BABV. Thanks for telling us!

how do you clear the cache if you have internet explorer?

It has first happened to me right on the first day the new tropical theme was there.I thought it was a game at first so I kept clicking.. But then the dots like followed me where ever I went! Funny glitch

When it happens on a bench, and someone is sitting on it, I like to make them all covered in black dots! :lol:
