Ignoring and Deleting people on ignore list

I think that on BABV, we should be able to search a name, and be able to ignore them along with report. I think this because some people do not know about vwhelp and they could report an unfair trade or a scam. The ignore, I think is because the person that might have been rude to them or what not might easily show up and be rude again and then leave before having a chance to click ignore.

Oh, and I have people on my ignore list that I cannot delete because the box pops up in the wrong spot. Can someone get the following people off my ignore list?
