how do you go up levels in bearywood mall????

You must continuously complete each working shift without trying to make mistakes. You can go to your PDA and check your progress and to see how close you are to going to Level 2 or 3. Basically, keep playing the number of shifts possible each day and you should be able to crack the levels and soon become a manager. =]
