Re: Contest 45: BGF Pet Wishlist
These are all taken from iconarchives.com!

The first one is a lamb holding blue flowers and I think it should be added becuz it's so cute and a great pet for spring.
The next one is I think a ninja pig I think he should be included because he knows karate!
The third one is a purple butterfly I chose it because it has my favorite color and when you look at it it makes you feel peaceful.
The fourth one is a brown dog I chose it because it looked exactly my dog but it looks playful and fun and is a great pet.
Ans the last one is a brown spotted cow which i wanted to add with the black spotted cow (which BGF already has) so they can be friends.

OOPS! I forgot to read the mechanics properly and did not read the part that we had to do 2 minimum so this is my other 1!
I also think that we should do a Elephant. Because the elephant reminds me of the culture Indian. And everytime I go to holiday there I allways get Elephant purses or mirrors! So that represents different Cultures.

Good Luck Everyone

NOTE:pets are animated but I pasted it on Photofilre so it isn't animated now
courtesy of neskaya.net
I chose the bunny holding the heart because it is cute and everyone needs their daily dose of cuteness.
I chose the frog because frogs symbolize good luck.
I chose the tofu shaped bunny because I think people will like it here on BGF since people always have things like that in their avatars or signatures.
I chose the strawberry because even though it's not an animal people should care for it no matter if it's living or non-living and people should care for everything and everybody.
I chose the bunny because bunnies symbolize Easter and on Easter we should be happy.

Re: Contest 45: BGF Pet Wishlist
Here are the following animals I believe deserve to be part of the Bearville Guide Forum Pet List. I think it is very smart and accepting of you to ask us for our opinions on what animals we would like to be part of the Bearville Guide Forum Adopting Pet Store. =]
Number 1: Bee
I believe a bee is a great addition to the Bearville Guide Forum Pet List because even though it may be just an insect or a bug, it sure does symbolize numerous things. The bee is a sign of industry, creativity, wealth, diligence and eloquence. The Egyptians used it as a symbol of regal power. In armory, it is used to represent well-governed industry. The Emperor Napoleon gave the bee considerable importance in the French armory by adopting it as his personal badge. In addition to this, bees also appeared on the mantle and pavilion around the armorial bearings of the empire, as well as on his coronation mantle. They are undoubtedly the most popular insect found in heraldry, and even the beehive occurs often as a crest. Now reading this, doesn’t your understanding of bee just being an insect or a pesky creature turn into one of originality and great significance in society? (Picture of Bee was achieved from Google. Link did not state anything about the bee besides that it was an animated bee)
Number 2: Polar Bear
Along with the bee, I think the Polar Bear is also a wonderful addition to the Bearville Guide Forum Pet List. You find these creatures being harmed in civilization. They are innocent and quite independent animals, yet humans threaten them and have officially put them in danger. Many people are aware of this and have token action over it, while others have left these Polar Bears to suffer with no humility. If you were these faithful creatures, would you like to be in the same condition they are in even while you didn’t ask for it? I thought it would be nice to at least increase the number of Polar Bears in the Bearville Guide Forum community to show the respect we have for them at least here. (Picture obtained from Google as well. Link listed as KidsClubzilla)
Number 3: Owl
I thought that the Owl would be a great animal to add to the Bearville Guide Forum Pet List to represent wisdom, clairvoyance, stealth, initiation, change and detachment. To me, Owls signify a sense of sacred knowledge and are known as guardians of the night. You find Owls largely aware of their surroundings and using its wide range of courage to outtake the predator that might attack them. Owls bring a sense of magic and myth into the worlds making Bearville Guide Forum a safe haven. (Obtained picture of Owl from IconArchive)
Number 4: Hawk
In addition to all the other listed animals, I thought a Hawk would be perfect for the Bearville Guide Forum Pet List. These creatures largely represent humanity with their great protector and visionary abilities. The Hawk’s keen eyesight is rather strong and can capture things that many miss. With this, it teaches you to be observant and take a close look at your surroundings. If you lock yourself up from the world around you, you will only miss out on embracing what life is made for. Hawks soar into the sky to show you that you have the power to overcome difficult situations if you only take the time to try. This is something we can all relate to. We all feel caught up with our failures in life that we don’t stop to try again. These faithful creatures circle the earth, asking you to circle over your life and view it from a higher perspective. You need to see the details of what is going on and look at the bigger picture. Take a look at your situation from above because not everyone sees things the same way as you. You have a variety of different ways in interpreting things while others may have a totally different understanding about that particular object or thing. With the Hawk’s distinct cry that signifies awareness, it shows us to use our ability to determine the message and seek the truth out of messages. (I got this picture of the Hawk from IconArchive)
Number 5: Walrus
Lastly, I believe Walrus is a good addition to the Bearville Guide Forum Pet List. Walrus aren’t as common as cats and dogs, but they too are worthy of something in this world. To me a walrus signifies protection and our display of dominance in some situations or circumstances. We are always on the lookout for anybody who is trying to out-maneuver, out-rank, or outwit you. Alternatively, the walrus may represent our thick-skin and how we do not let the comments or criticism of others get to us. We find ourselves easily hurt when someone else’s words get to us. When someone insults or offends us, we must learn from this great creature that other people’s remarks aren’t always true and shouldn’t be taken personally. (All credits to IconArchive from which I got this picture of a Walrus)
Overall, I didn’t just pick these animals for their creative significance or out of pity for being endangered, but because I believe everyone can learn something from these pets. Some of us find ourselves believing that humans are higher than animals. However, we have to understand that without these animals life on Earth would greatly be impossible. Basically the reason I like the idea of having animals as a pet here on Bearville Guide Forum is because they all have something to teach us whether it is their niche in the environment or representation in society. I do not think it matters on which animals we add just that we take the time to see what they mean to you. I told you what I thought about these follow animals, but just as I mentioned before we have different interpretations so you might not believe what I believe. I would like to wish you all a good luck in this contest. I know there are a lot of unique members here who will indeed post fantastic animals along with a great reason as to why. =]

Krissy's BGF Pet Wishlist.
These are the following animals I believe would be great for BGF.
Unicorn

When I think about Unicorns, Fairy-tales come to mind. They are magical enchanted creatures and I think they would go perfect with BGF =]
Baby Lamb

Lambs are just so cute and cuddly. They can keep you warm when you are feeling cold, or when you just need something fluffy to hug. =]
Polar Bear

Polar Bears are one of my favorite bears. They are also endangered, which is why they need you to help and take care of them. Please let the polar bears into your hearts in BGF.

Friendly Snake

Snakes can make a great pet. There are plenty of reptile owners out there and this would be perfect for them. Who wouldn't want a friendly snake as a pet? =]
Pony/Horse

I have always wanted a pony/horse as a pet. Ever since I was little. They are beautiful fascinating animals. They like to run like the wind and would make a great pet for BGF. =]
Thanks to photobucket, tinypic, google and flickr for the images. =]
