You can only get at zoos round the USA.

Yeah but with Open Certificate you can get any Bear

It's the new Peacock from the Zoo I dont think it is available in open certificates yet though but its PSI looks like a feathery hat

It is true that there are some bears you cannot get even with an open certificate
