just a question so we don't have to draw a dragon on paint right

Can we hand draw it?

I dont understand the part "draw your own dragon with your babv character"

Draw your dragon using ANY programs and use your babv character from BABV and make the picture together. Of course if you are willing to draw your BABV, that is fine too.

According to host, you are not allowed to use hand draw and scan and update here. If you mean hand draw with an electric pen for the computer, that is fine.

draw your dragon by youself using any kind of program (for instance, paint, paint net, photoshop and so on). Be creative! And attach your BABV character (either drawing or copying from BABV)

Like colin said you can only draw it on programs on your coputer and you must attach your babw charecter to it with your name or anitales on the bottem
