Where could I get this bear?

As you may know, the celebration bears give out a cake outfit. Does anyone know if the celebration bears are a test bear or regular bear? Thanks.

Yeppers they are from the Celebration Bears

There are 2 of them

Birthday Bear is a test bear currently.
However, you can buy it at test store or online.
