not a JCBG anymore??

It wouldnt let me in the HQ today, and when I tried to wear a pair of shoes, they said I must be a JCBG. I havent been inactive I havent skipped out on three months. I only went on during Earth day! That was 9 days ago. I dont get it I dont

Im not either. I am really inactive on babv, but as you said, your not, so maybe it is just a temporary glitch

Maybe they changed it to 9 days or that 1 day doesnt count!!

idk I had to retake the test for everything to re work? I dont get it

I am sorry about that but if you are unable to log into Build-A-Bearville enough times, you will lose your Junior CyBearGuide status and Hat. Please make sure that you have logged in at least 12 times in the past 30 days. If you need further assistance, just send an email to vwhelp@buildabear.com so we could check your account.

If you have been in-active ( not been on in a while ) your Junior cyberguide status will be automatically removed. Carry on to log in to Buildabearville and take the test again.
