Lost Items Question.

I made a post recently on here, saying that my BB Cap was missing.
I am not sure if you remember, but last week, I emailed vwhelp@buildabear.com and told them my email address, and when my Baseball Cap was last seen, what it looked like, ect.

They replied saying that they couldn't find any reports on my trade! Now, I no longer have my item.
WHhat should I do? It's like they don't even believe that I had that item in the first place.

maybe if you have a photo with the cap you can email them again saying what's going on...

Hi Shaye, yes I remember the last time I told you to email vwpatrol@buildabear.com regarding your missing Baseball cap, did you email them using your registered email address in Build a Bearville? please email them again for follow up using your registered email address. Don't worry, your account will be looked into and track down what exactly happened to your item, just make sure to provide them the necessary information they needed.
