Zoo Ride? {Lock}

Hi CyBearGuides!-

I recently [yesterday] purchased a Zoorific Collection Furry Friend, the Marble Monkey, but never received a code or anything for the Zoo Ride online.
Did I have to ask? Or did it come with something, but just didn't get it.
I entered in all the codes I had and never gotten it.
