No fountain prize ?

I was playing the fountain game and when i finished it just did not give me a prize

yeah that happens to me once in a while i don't know why

that happened to me 2 or 3 times

Today i was also hoping for the cup thing so i can get the picnic thing :/

We checked this and did not find any problem yesterday.

Usually what we notice is, whenever your internet connection slows down, the fountain prize pop-up message does not load its prize thumbnail right away. If this happens again to you, try waiting for a few more seconds, til the prize shows.

a lot of times it leaves it blank but it actually takes some time for the picture of your prize to pop up
