Yeah that happens to me all the time

if it is all bears out, then that could be why.

well, there was a time that it lasted 3 days aprox. When i started using my pen drive internet i coudnt even enter, then theres sometimes i can, but im going to get wifi tomorrow, so i'll se if with wifi happens.

Joe, it happens very frequently I can just enter like one time at a day, or somtimes i even dont manage to enter When it freezes i cant enter again? Why is this?

We tested your account several times and did not find any problem. Most likely, the problem might be on your side, possibly, your internet connection, or your computer.

You can also try doing the following steps on clearing your Flash Cache, and see if this helps:

1. While you're in Build-A-Bearville, right-click anywhere in your screen.
2. Click Settings and then choose the tab that looks like a monitor and an eyeball (Privacy)
3. Click the 'Advanced' button. This would open a new browser tab or browser window.
4. On the newly opened browser tab or window, on the left portion of the page, you will see Table of Contents.
5. Under 'Settings Manager' click the 'Website Storage Settings Panel'.
6. Scroll to find www.buildabearville.com in the list and click it.
7. Choose 'Delete website'.
8. Click 'Confirm'.
9. Close the web browser
10. Open a new browser window and go back into Build-A-Bearville.

Well, i do think its my internet its one of those pen drives that you have inalambric internet, when i had wifi this didnt happen ever, the good thing is im getting wifi tomorrow

Sure! But the company first said 48h then 72h and my mum phoned and they said tommorow but they said so many things that maybe i still dont have, i'll tell if it goes good.

I've got WIFI now and it works really good!
