The Safety CyBearGuides Are Here!

Because Bearville is growing, we've hired a bunch of new Safety CyBearGuides. These guides are very friendly but they are watching out for people and making sure everyone is playing fairly in Build-A-Bearville. It is very important to always remember to be kind. It is the Bearville Golden Rule.

Please note that accounts are not automatically being banned. We have always and will always investigate any report thoroughly before doing anything to an account. So long as you are not doing anything wrong, there is absolutely nothing to be worried about!

They are CyBearGuides so they look like me - with a beary special Question Mark Hat!

We have Jao and Hannah CyBearGuides (and a few others) who chat and play with Guests. Our new CyBearGuides, however, mainly watch in Build-A-Bearville and make sure everyone is safe.

I just met one!!!!!!!!! WOWIE! He was so new he didn't even have a bear yet! and his hat is cool and so was his t-shirt!!! :')

Last night I was in BABV and I saw one of the new CyBearGuides. I took a zoomed in picture of him.

I was playing with my friend today in BABV. So, I noticed
that we saw different CyBearGuide names, but it was the
same character. For example, I would see Brandon, and then
she would see Simon in the same exact place(not two separate
characters).

Are their names random?
I'm not sure if this is right though.
