Where to find the 3rd item in "Wizard Quest" (Bubble Quest)

Ok, I have only found the first and second. Now, for the 3rd, it says "my wizard senses are sending me a positive signal from the park areas." What does that mean???!!! HELP!!!!!!

It's in Friendship Forest Park, by the bench on the left ^^
