13 people around, I only see 2?

Well, lately in bearville, very little people popped up. I am in Bear Boulevard, which was full, so I was confused. When I checked how many people were near by {Buildabear Workshop}, it said 13, while I only saw 2 people. This limits me from trading.

Haha.No it doesn't you can still ask them to trade from the nearby list.It happens cause that's the most visited den.

Log in and Out. Try different dens?

Try clearing your cache and logging in and out, or you can go to your nearby list. Well sometimes BABV hides some people so everyone doesn't appear, but I don't think this would be the case since only 2 people are appearing.

That happens to me sometimes too.
You can still trade with them though.

Something else that happens to me is that I join my friend, but sometimes there isn't even anyone there.
Is it a glitch of some sort?

Kelly,it is a glitch they are trying to work very hard on it to fix it asap.

Hi Calli! The quickest resolution for this is to leave the area. Go to another location. Then open your MAP and go back to Build-A-Bear Workshop.

We are still trying to find out what's causing this, but please rest assured that we are working hard to fix this.
