email subcriber

i'm on the babw, email news letter subsriber and have been for like 5 months i haven't gotten any of the codes like everybody else has gotten like the inground pool and the fly catching move etc. why is that??

I'm not sure. o.o I didn't start getting codes until I bought something online. xD Go figure.

Hm, maybe you should try signing up again on a different email? Well, I never bought anything but I get emails right away. Check your spam, or search "build-a-bear" or any other BABW keywords in your email inbox.

Well do you like only get the newsletters only and not the code?
If so I would email vwhelp@buildabear.com or you can call BABW!
It happened to my cousin but she didn't do anything.
She logged in once and the codes started coming!

I kinda get a booklet in the mail every so often...

And I wouldn't email vwhelp. There's nothing they can do about it since they're only responsible for the virtual site, not marketing.
