BAB newsletter question

OK, I haven't been on any BABV forums lately, and I've had no one to ask this question. So I never got the newsletter in my mail (the one with the in ground swimming pool). I remember from the Easter one said something how it was going on email or something but I didn't pay attention to it. . . . Can someone please help?
Also this may be in the wrong section, so if it is can one of the staff please move it for me?

Yeah. Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. Like in 2009 every time I got the newsletter, and now I rarely do but it depends
