Coupon Code Didn't Work

I just bought a hedgehog online and I had a coupon code to save 10 dollars on a purchase of 30 dollars or more. My purchase was over 30 dollars but I don't think it took any off. I hadn't placed my order at the time so I entered the coupon code again, once I did, it said that I already used that coupon code on this purchase? So I placed my order and it didn't take any money off. Please help? I was thinking maybe coupons don't count with shipping?

You have to purchase $30 or more before tax and shipping to use the coupons. If you met that criteria and it still didn't take the coupon, just email guest services and they will take care of it for you.
