You don't ask for one. Where did you hear that?

They come with certain furry friends that aren't available online or something. They're just regular birth certificates. I'm not sure which bears they come with, but they're pretty rare now.

Oooh...thanks Cheer, and idk a friend on BABV told me all i had to do was ask for one, because thats what they did, and they gave them one...hmm...

BABW's policy is to not give out barcodes to make new certificates. Please do not put your local store bear builders in the position to have to do that for you. Those bar codes are meant for bears in the store who have lost their tags.

She's getting them confused with welcome passes. WHICH ARE NO LONGER GIVEN OUT.

Yeah, I used a welcome pass three time for three of my old furry friends that I made before BABV.

But sadly, welcome passes are no longer being given out now.
