Cotton Candy Maker ???

Ok so there was this girl who whispered to me "do you want a manager item", so i said yeah, so then she asked me to trade, and then when she showed me the "manager item", i wasn't sure if it was a real manager item, she told me i could get all kinds of stuff for it, bunny, furry, and a lot more, but i'm not so sure. i even have one at home that i got as a gift from a friend. is this a managers item??

It's a retired Bear Stuff item from 2008. You could get it in any colour.
