about chat

i think instant chat could be able to see safe open chat but like instant chat can only chat from thier chat and same for safe open chat cause i have a lot of friends that r on instant chat and i could never talk to them besides mail and i think it would be cool if we could do that

Oh like whisper to them or be able to mail them? I agree that would be awesome and more easier to communicate
