2 glitches :/

ok well my cousin goes on, she hasn't gone on in a long time but anyways she goes online and im talking to her through phone she has a panda and a hello kitty but she cant go into the zoo it says u have to be a vip well im not a vip and i can go into the zoo cuz i have a monkey. the other glitch is when she goes to her stuff the button on the side to take your bear out is not there is this happening to anyone else?

I think you bought a monkey from the zoo collection or something so you can go to the zoo. I don't think that's a glitch.. Unless the panda was also from the zoo collection then it would be a glitch??

And you can't take out the bear because you had to be on a certain month and a Jr. Cybearguide to receive that. You probably got it but she wasn't on to get it. Hope this helps!
