Login issue: Black Screen

The black screen that you get when you login to Bearville (mostly by using Chrome as your browser) is due to the update from Microsoft. We are working on getting it fixed. Meanwhile, you can play by trying other browsers like, IE, Firefox or Safari.

Oh no, the black screen of death, glad I don't use chrome...

Just an update about the black screen issue, after further investigation and testing, we've found out that it was the latest version of Adobe Flash Player that is currently causing issues with our Virtual World and not the Microsoft update. We are working on getting these issues fixed. In the meantime, you will still be able to access the game if you reinstall Adobe Flash Player 10.1 or lower.

The problem with chrome is that it automatically updates to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. To install lower versions of Flash, you need to uninstall the latest version which is 10.3 and scroll down to this list below until you find the link that says, Flash Player 10.1. Download the zip file and install it on your browser.

Yes, Lexi. Chrome automatically updates to the latest version of Flash player. Since that is the case, I suggest that you try to use a different browser other than Chrome.

Since there are a lot of variables to installing, we can't walk you through the process. However, we'll probably have a fix for the game by Monday.
