Help please?

I recently joined Build-A-Bearville, But it wont let me go online D:
Well, It gets to the part where you can choose the Den, but most of the time it loads for AGES, then finally when it stops loading the screen goes black. I havent been on BABV at all yet and I am DYING to know what its like. If anyone could help me?

BABV can get really glitchy at times (:
I suggest you try clearing your cache, or maybe just refresh the page like, a gazillion times.

I tried logging in, and it froze for me too, there could be a lot of traffic (like lots of people wanna come on) I don't know though

It depends on the browser you're using.
I had the exact same problem while using Google Chrome, then I switched to Mozilla Firefox and it worked fine. So you might wanna change you're browser .

Clear anything to use Firefox? No I didn't. I just logged on like normal and it worked perfectly fine

Don't use the old site, that will most probably be glitched.

It doesn't matter if you even try on the old site, it's still the same, and plus, the old site redirects you to Bearville.com. Did you also try clearing you cache on Firefox? I guess you could try using IE.

The latest version of Adobe Flash Player is currently causing issues with our Virtual World. We are working on getting these issues fixed. In the meantime, you will still be able to access the game if you reinstall Adobe Flash Player 10.1 or lower.
