well the bad news is no it is not. the funny news is when i thought that is the "sash" everybody wanted and i traded some rare item for the 2011 sash and then i was like hey i have the sash and then everyone was like it is not rare and i was bummed after that lol

Like the others said, the 2011 sash is not rare. The girl scout sash is the rare one.
