You should first refresh your page and clear your cache. If it's still not there, try to remember if you traded it away, or put it in your attic. If it's none of those, email vwhelp@buildabear.com and tell them that it's disappeared.

I agree with Alecia, you should contact babv.
Tell them what happened, and you'll most likely retrieve your items back in about 2-3 buisness days.
