Animal code isn't working right.

I have the Strawberry Cheesecake bear and the Little bunny big ears. I have entered both of their codes twice and still they are not in my cybearzone. What can I do?

Can you give us a little more information? Did the code work on the screen where you brought them to life? If not, what error message are you getting? Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the computers at the BABW store and the Bearville computer to "talk" to each other.
