Can you go into Hugsville or Friendshipvalley?

Rumors spread that you COULD go into these towns if you bought the game. Although I solved this last year when the game came out, I wanted to share with you that you CANNOT. All it does is give you a trailer for the game. I hope this helps. Peace! (:
